Nature of This Resource

Zavala County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It has no authority over the Zavala County Jail, the Sheriff's Office, the 293rd or 365th District Courts, local probation, the Del Rio parole office, TDCJ, IVSS, BOP, ICE, or USMS. No official booking, court, release, supervision, or correctional records are stored here.

Pages point visitors toward government resources and may connect them with outside research tools. We cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, direct or delay a release, change a sentence, file a public-information request, correct an agency record, or submit court papers for a visitor. Those acts belong to the office that controls the record or process.

Standards for Acceptable Use

Access is offered only for lawful, responsible use. Every visitor agrees to respect people, records, systems, and other users. In particular, a visitor must not:

• Use the site while committing or helping to commit an unlawful act
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten any person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Try to enter accounts, servers, data, or features without authorization
• Operate bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated extraction tools
• Interfere with site operation or another visitor's ability to use it

No Consumer Reporting Services

Zavala County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. By using the site, each visitor agrees not to use its information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or any other employment decision
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or another housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rating and premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

A link does not mean we endorse, operate, or control the destination. We are not responsible for an outside site's content, privacy practices, data handling, security, accuracy, availability, or changes. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Zavala County Sheriff, a court, TDCJ, or any other public agency. Confirm all material with the office that created it.

Limits on Legal Responsibility

To the greatest extent allowed by applicable law, Zavala County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use, or misuse of the site or any linked destination. This limit applies regardless of the theory asserted and even if the possibility of harm was disclosed.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zavala County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, obligations, damages, judgments, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor's use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions whenever services, risks, or legal requirements change. A new version becomes effective when posted on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so visitors should check this page from time to time.

Suspension or Loss of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end a person's access to any part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This authority includes action taken to protect users, systems, legal rights, or site availability. Ending access does not waive obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

Texas Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas. Government record access remains subject to applicable law, including the Texas Public Information Act in Government Code Chapter 552.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court with authority finds one provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected term will be limited or adjusted only to the minimum degree needed to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its purpose as closely as the law permits.
